Butchers looking for a big showing in local derby
After coming off the bye last week the butchers will be looking to play consistent football going into the tail end of the season.
Thirroul will face a cougar’s side looking to play themselves back into form after coming off a defeat to Dapto that cost them 4thspot on the competition ladder.
Last time these 2 teams met the Butchers racked up over 50 points and the game cut short due to injuries to some key players for the cougars.
The butchers are back to full strength across the paddock and Coach Costello will be looking for his side to put in a full 80 mins performance, something they haven’t done as yet in season 2019.
The Butchers who sit 2ndon the competition ladder with 2 losses so far for the season, must feel quietly confident knowing they are still winning games while still not fulling firing.
It will be a pleasant site once the butchers can play to their full potential, and will send a warning through the whole competition that they have clicked into gear.
My early tip is Jake Walsh M.O.M
First try Scorer – Tom Simpson
Good Luck to all grades this weekend
