K and R Fabrications Day. Round 5 Thirroul Vs Wests

Calling all Butchers supporters!!!!!!!!!!! Thirroul Butchers long time sponsor K and R Fabrications bring you this weekends between Thirroul Butchers and the  Wests Devils in what should be one of the match up of the first round.

Both teams have been in form with Thirroul undefeated after round 4 while Wests are only a point behind and last Saturday beat undefeated Helensburgh to set up a mouth watering clash. The Butchers will see the return of several players who were not selected last week. Both sides have new coaches in former NRL players Nathan Fien and Jason Ryles who will be keen to come out on top in the first of three match ups they will have in the competition rounds this year.

Any player will tell you there is no better feeling than running out onto Gibson Park with a big crowd screaming out in support, cheering the boys on in tight games give them a huge lift, if you want to see very high quality footy between two very talented sides, get down to Gibson park on saturday and show your support!

Thirroul also will face Berkeley in Reserve Grade, Thirroul has great depth in the club this year with most of the reserve grade side having first grade experience and quite a few pushing for first grade spots each week Our U19 are slowly getting their full strength team back and will give the competiton a good shake once they gel as a side.
