It’s not just another game

This weekends round isn’t just another game of footy.

With both clubs locked on 118 points each with two teams leading their respective competitions in the Illawarra rugby league club championship, it pretty much comes down to the three games this weekend to what club walks away with it. With both first and reserves taking on Wests and our U18’s just next door in a clash with Collies

Jarrod Costello, first grade coach spoke with the boys earlier this season on “The Send Off” podcast and said ” winning the club championship is definitely one of our aims this year”

The winner off the the first grade clash will not only take out the minor premiership but will go along way to securing the coveted club championship for 2019. Reserve grade are currently second on the ladder and face an undfeated Wests in their game and our U18s sit at the top of the table in their competition and take on the 3rd place Collies. All three match ups are vital not only in the teams positions on the table but in the over all result of this years club championship something the club holds in high regard to win.

A big crowd will be on hand at Parish Park this Saturday to watch the outcome of these games and the boys could certainly do with some friendly white and blue in the crowd as they battle it out on enemy territory.
